A burly man with wavy silver gray hair and a friendly round face, Tony was frequently cast as reporters, tourists, party guests, spectators, and patrons in bars, clubs, casinos, or restaurants. Moreover, Regan was also a casting director who held offices in the Screen Extras Guild.
