Qasim Khan is a Dora Award nominated actor who was born in Scarborough, ON and raised in Newmarket, ON. He is best known for his work in theatre. He attended Dr. John M. Denison S.S. where he graduated as his class valedictorian.

He graduated in 2008 from the University of Toronto & Sheridan College join Acting program. In 2011 Qasim Khan was one of eight actors across Canada to join the Soulpepper Academy. In 2013 he was appointed at International Actor Fellow of Shakespeare's Globe in London, England.

In 2015, Qasim was nominated for a Dora Award for his work on Theatre Direct's "Beneath the Banyan Tree."
