Born and raised (circa 1986) in Austria and Germany, Philipp has followed his passion for acting from Berlin to Los Angeles.At 18-years-old while still in high school, he was selected among hundreds of aspiring actors to play the part of Romeo in a national tour of William Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet", performing in many of Europe's most renowned performing arts venues.

After graduating high school, he attended Berlin's prestigious performing arts conservatory "Schauspielschule Charlottenburg", where he studied acting, singing, ballet and jazz dance among other disciplines.

As part of their theater company he played a variety of roles, including John Proctor in Arthur Miller's "The Crucible", Philinte in Molière's "The Misanthrope" and Semjon in Erdmann's "The Suicide".

In 2010 he was asked to join the cast at Schlossparktheater Berlin, where he celebrated rave reviews for his original cast performance of Mark in Philipp Moog's play "Die Nadel der Kleopatra" (Cleopatra's Needle).

The following year Philipp starred in the feature film "Music.Love.Wasted", where he took on the challenging role of Noah, the guitarist of a rock band struggling with addiction and ghosts of his past.

After a successful run at the prestigious theater in Berlin, Philipp moved to Los Angeles to take his career to the next level. He made his television debut as a series regular on the German/American co-production My Life in Venice Beach (2014), playing the role of "Tom Reichert".

Philipp can be seen in various films, including the 2016 drama Undrafted (2016), Joseph Mazzello's directorial debut starring Tyler Hoechlin, Chace Crawford and Jim Belushi.Philipp is developing his first feature film script and will debut as director in an upcoming mini-series.
