Kevan Anthony Cameron, a.k.a. Scruffmouth, is an actor and performance poet based in North America. He is a full member of the Association for Canadian Television and Radio Actors (ACTRA) as well as its autonomous affiliate, the Union of BC Performers.
Scruffmouth is an international spoken word artist and Pan African scholar. Cameron studied philosophy and history at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia and played soccer at the collegiate, international and professional levels before retiring to coaching and writing.
Kevan Anthony Cameron is co-editor of the anthology The Great Black North: Contemporary African Canadian Poetry. He lives in Burnaby, BC and grew up in Sherwood Park, AB.
