After seeing Lasse Hallström' What's Eating Gilbert Grape (1993) at the age of twelve, she decided to delve into her passion for acting.
She immediately started taking acting classes and joined dutch musical theatre ensemble 'De Jonge Stem'. And shortly thereafter got picked up to present at a local "The Movement" dutch television series, television commercials (IKEA, FrieslandCampina, Nationale Nederlanden, etc) comedy sketches, music videos, and numerous short films - playing a wide variety of characters and types.
