Breck Stewart also known as Breck Alec Stewart was born in Montreal, Canada. He started acting on the stage at 7 years old. He also studied piano and music for 10 years until he finished high school. Breck graduated with a bachelor's degree in commerce and business administration in 1992 then became a model for a few years until 1996.

In November 2015, Breck released a new single as a standalone track called "Sun Rays".Breck also created his own reality show [MoonDaze TV] which evolved from a few short clips about cultural icons starting in January 2008 to an ongoing web-series officially founded on November 11, 2011.
