Born and raised in Virginia, Bill graduated from The Catholic University of America in 1994 with a double major in Drama and Philosophy. Bill was playing collegiate baseball when he got his first film experience appearing as a utility baseball player in the film Major League II shot in Baltimore's newly opened Camden Yards.

. Bill then went on to doubled Matt Damon in Francis Ford Coppola's The Rainmaker. Bill's Relationship with Matt Damon lead to a four year stint as his Photo-double/Standin on the Academy award winning film, Good Will Hunting, Rounders, and Dogma.

His experience with Matt Damon enabled him to watch the work of Academy Award winning actors, cinematographers and directors. During this time he was able to learn by observation, gaining hands on experience by observing some of Hollywood's greats.

Shortly there after, Bill worked on Amistad with Steven Spielberg and with David Lynch on Lost Highway and Mulholland Drive. Once he landed the Visual effect role of the invisible man in the Academy Award nominated Hollow Man starring Kevin Bacon, and directed by Paul Verhoeven, he realized his future was behind the camera.

He took a job as a key production assistant under Producer Louis D'Esposito on the films S.W.A.T, The 6th day, Stuart little 2, The Glass House, Sweet Home Alabama. Realizing his skills behind the camera, Bill has found a love for filmmaking as a whole.

Bill has also directed the short film's Time, Fountain X, Banana Bread (official selection: Gloria Film Festival. Park City Utah) and a sci-fi zombie pilot, Aftermath produced by Rob Minkoff, Director of The Lion King.

Bill's action thriller and feature directorial debut, "A Lure: Teen Fight Club" was picked up for distribution. Bill's feature film he wrote and directed titled Money Shot with Jason Mewes, Jessica Sonneborn and Al Snow was picked up by Kevin Smith's Smodcast Pictures and Phase 4 Films.

Bill produced thriller "House Across The Street" starring Eric Roberts, Jessica Sonneborn, Alex Rocco, Ethan Embry and Courtney Gains which is invited to the Ft. Lauderdale film festival. His baseball Documentary Jose Canseco: The Truth Hurts won best Documentary at the Hot Springs Film Festival, Boston International Film Festival, San Antonio Film Festival.

.. also picking up the audience award. His drama Gallows Road with Ernie Hudson and Kevin Sorbo won best picture at the International Christian Film Festival and opened up Geena Davis's inaugural Bentonville Arkansas Film festival.

Bill is now in post on Little Faith, his first Children's animation and prepping boxing movie The Untouchable about the life of famed Argentina fighter Nicolino Locche to be shot in Buenos Aires in the summer of 2018.
