Born and raised in Virginia, Bill graduated from The Catholic University of America in 1994 with a double major in Drama and Philosophy. Bill's action thriller and feature directorial debut, "A Lure: Teen Fight Club" was picked up for distribution. Bill's feature film he wrote and directed titled Money Shot with Jason Mewes, Jessica Sonneborn and Al Snow was picked up by Kevin Smith's Smodcast Pictures and Phase 4 Films.
Bill produced thriller "House Across The Street" starring Eric Roberts, Jessica Sonneborn, Alex Rocco, Ethan Embry and Courtney Gains which is invited to the Ft. Lauderdale film festival. Bill is now in post on Little Faith, his first Children's animation and prepping boxing movie The Untouchable about the life of famed Argentina fighter Nicolino Locche to be shot in Buenos Aires in the summer of 2018.
