Born in Toronto, Ontario, Anthony is the youngest of 3 boys born to Jamaican parents Clementson and Hazel Hoyes. Shortly thereafter the family moved to Malton, a township of Mississuaga, Ontario where Anthony attended Corliss Public School until the family moved to Brampton, Ontario where Anthony spent his teenage years.
