Will originally intended to pursue Oceanography and documentaries to expand upon his global upbringing. Living in New York for more than 20 years Will was a Key Grip on over 30 independent films. After becoming a member of both the New York IATSE Grip local 52, and The International Cinematographer's Guild local 600, Will worked closely with the camera as a Union Dolly grip for several years while also working as a Union camera operator with his hard earned Steadicam package that he learned to operate in 1991.

For the last 15 years Will has worked exclusively as a Camera operator and Steadicam operator on Studio feature films and commercials. He was nominated by his peers in the SOC (Society of Operating Cameramen) as Camera Operator of the Year in 2009 for his work on the Oscar winning film "Milk".

He was nominated again for this honor in 2011 for his work on the film "The Help".To balance his life Will has competed in Triathlons for the last 10 years. He received All American Honors for the 2010 season, Nationally ranking within the top 4% of his age group and earning a spot in the World Championships for the Half Ironman Distance.

2011 saw Will complete his first Full Distance Ironman in Utah, finishing within the top 5% overall.
