He attended Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida as a student-athlete in track & field achieving three MEAC Championships. Due to injuries on the track, Lambert started his acting career in Orlando, Florida.
He attended The Maile Image Modeling & Acting School and took classes at a variety of different acting studios. At Bethune-Cookman he received a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and Master's in Organizational Leadership.
