Terrance Huff is an Award Winning Filmmaker and Civil Rights activist from an impoverished section of Hamilton, Ohio's East Side. He was raised by a single mother.In 2001, Terrance moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue acting and filmmaking.

Terrance performed in dozens of network television shows and films over a 4 year span.Terrance eventually returned to Hamilton, Ohio. There he would rediscover his hometown and share its stories via film.

His first documentary film, "the HPD stories" was selected for Best of Underneath Cincinnati in 2005, won Best Editing and the top Audience Choice Award. "the HPD stories" was also selected for Time Warner's LiteBrite Film and Music Fest.

Terrance's Third documentary film "Breakfast in Collinsville" was released on YouTube March 14th, 2013. The film uncovered police misconduct involving the use of a drug detection dog to perform illegal searches.

This film has been featured by the Washington Post, Huffington Post, Fox News Network, and dozens of news organizations around the United States."Breakfast in Collinsville" would eventually lead to the landmark Civil Rights lawsuit Huff V Reichert.

Tried in the Federal Seventh Circuit, Huff and his team created new law that expands liability for police misconduct when enforcing drug laws during traffic stops. The case inspired 2 follow up films: "Lodging in Collinsville" and "Forfeiture in Collinsville".

All three films are available on YouTube.In recent years Terrance has made a return to writing and acting. He can be seen in James Franco's Child of God, Blood Heist, Blood on Wheels and The Long Home.

Terrance was also a Top Finalist in "Studio 4: Acting Competition" for Maker TV with mini episodes available on Facebook.
