Over time, her childhood passion for singing and performing grew stronger and she enrolled into a part time drama school. This hobby turned quickly into a career path after her debut appearance in David Cronenberg's Eastern Promises.

2007

Her first audition won her the role of Kirilenko in David Cronenberg's Eastern Promises (2007) starring Viggo Mortensen and Vincent Cassel. Soon after she has appeared in films St. Trinian's (alongside Russell Brand), Inkheart (starring Brendan Fraser and Paul Bettany) and Eichmann (starring Thomas Kretschmann).

2010

In 2010, Srbová played the lead role of Silka in the Lionsgate horror Siren, with Eoin Macken and Anna Skelern. In this film, Srbová performed the song Elephants by Warpaint (band).

2013

In 2013, Srbová played a re-occurring role of an agent Major Nina Pirogova in Cinemax/HBO series Strike Back: Shadow Warfare starring Philip Winchester and Sullivan Stapleton. In 2015 she reprised her role in Strike Back: Legacy.
