Born December 25th 1988 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Steve Haining took to 35mm film photography at a young age. He spent the mid 2000s touring North America as a musician. During this time he always had his camera with him and began getting a reputation with record labels as a band photographer.
From 2008-2013 Haining specialized in commercial and editorial portrait photography commonly for public figures (Actors & Musicians) as well as large brands.In 2015 While still travelling the world as a commercial photographer he began making a shift into Cinematography and taking on contracts as a Director Of Photography for TV commercials, corporate videos & music videos.
