She later moved back to the Alameda County where she resided in Hayward and worked in Oakland, California.She gave birth to two daughters, Keeyawna in 1994 and Tateanna in 1995. she decided in 1999 she wanted to pursue a career in theatre Arts - Acting.

At that moment she knew this was her new career that she loved it. She began to take a few Acting courses at UC Berkeley, and she honed her acting skills in low budget independent films, and worked in major films and television projects.
