Shenita (King) Moore was born just outside of Miami, Fl. Being the daughter of a United States Air Force Sergeant, she was raised in various cities. With having this diverse experience already by age 12, her family finally settled in a quiet suburb of Albuquerque, NM.
It is in Albuquerque that Shenita began her acting career. She worked in stage productions, including Bye Bye Birdie, A Christmas Carol, and Romeo & Juliet until her departure to New York and the prestigious New York University Tisch School of the Arts.

The spot rolled into radio where Shenita's voice-over talents were discovered, and the campaign aired for over three years.In her almost two decade career Shenita has been on the small screen in a coveted recurring role on the ABC hit drama Grey's Anatomy (2005) and has had co-starring roles on shows like American Crime (2015), Rizzoli & Isles (2010), Strong Medicine (2000), In Plain Sight (2008) and Dads (2013).
On the big screen in films like Otis (2008), Friendship! (2010) and Goats (2012). Animated in the short film The Depression of Detective Downs 2: On Depression's Edge (2011). And, online in the hilarious Funny or Die (go90) internet comedy series Tales of Titans (2017).
