Most of the scripts she writes are simply to "Ben and Matt" herself by writing supporting character roles specifically for her (never the lead).
She finds playing characters is the most fun and allows for more creative expression. Although comedy is her first love, two of the scripts she has sold have been dramas!"Writing means I am constantly editing/revising.
It's never perfect and I don't think I want anything to be absolutely perfect to be honest. Giving actors the freedom to improvise with my dialogue is awesome as long as they don't screw up the beats (for comedy) but get the words to come across naturally.
