Scarlett Bruns is the founder and sole owner of the successful Vancouver based talent agency Leo Management.Born in Berlin, Germany on August 1, 1988, her career in the entertainment industry started with local theatre and commercials.
Scarlett quickly established herself as one of the leading child actors in her city and played leading roles in various films and television series. Following her entrepreneurial spirit, she immigrated to Canada and founded her first company Classy Creations, shortly followed by Bruns Family Productions Ltd and SJB Casting.
Scarlett quickly immersed herself in the local industry and began booking work as an actor, and later as a casting director, writer, and producer. In January 2013 Scarlett, among others, spearheaded the #SaveBCFilm movement PSA's.
Scarlett cast, produced and coordinated a cast of close to 100 well-known actors and respected film industry professionals, such as Amanda Tapping , Kristin Lehman , Mackenzie Gray and Adrian Holmes , who appeared in front of the camera to show their support for the industry and to educate the public on the benefits of having a thriving film industry in Vancouver.
After feeling frustrated with the quality of representation she had in Canada, Scarlett wanted to learn more about what goes into being an agent and challenged herself to 'do it better' than the agents that had represented her in the past.
