In this position he served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Chamber Board of Directors. Ron was certified by the Association of Film Commissioners International in 2004.Ron is a member of the International Documentary Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Carolina Film Alliance.
He is a Charter Member of the Yellow Footprints Detachment, Marine Corps League, a Member of the Marine Corps Mustang Association, and is a Lifetime Member of the Marine Corps League.He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and holds a Master's Degree in Management from Webster University.
