Rodrigo dos Santos Silva is a Director and Animator born and raised in São Paulo - Brazil. During his early life Rodrigo developed a passion for computers. It all started when around age 12 he got his first machine, it was love at first sight.

Although, technology was always in his heart, it wasn't his only passion. Art, design and storytelling were always present in his life. Art and technology seemed distant until the day when Rodrigo watched the original "Jurassic Park", by Steven Spielberg.

That movie changed his life completely, the notion of combining high-end technology and storytelling was magical, so he decided to learn everything he could about computer graphics and animation. As a teenager Rodrigo spent his weekends learning how to generate Computer Graphic Images in courses that were primarily focused on architecture.

At that time access to technology, software and courses were difficult and rare in Brazil. At age 22 he started his own company, SANT Studio that provided various creative services for companies and advertisement agencies and later focused on Animation and VFX.

To exercise his creative freedom outside the marketing bubble he started developing personal projects within the company. This initiative gave life to creations like Rose Dollz, Jin, Getúlio & Teodoro and Professor Neurônio.

His work has been exhibited in festivals all over the world and rendered Rodrigo many awards.
