His company, HB Reavis, developed the first business centers in Bratislava and the top shopping mall, later sold. In one of the earliest big post-Brexit real estate deals in London in 2016, HB Reavis, sold the soon-to-be-completed 33 Central to Wells Fargo for a reported $400 million. In Warsaw, it is constructing one of the tallest buildings in Europe.

Ivan Chrenko was born in Šaľa, Czechoslovakia. He started his first Business in the mid-1990s together with his partner Viliam Pančík, specializing in audio equipment and electrical engineering. They entered the company AB Reavis in 1994, one year after its foundation. AB Reavis was specialized in real estate development in Bratislava. In 2003, AB Reavis changed its name to MPT Immo.
