His freshman year he was voted in as Homecoming Royalty, sophomore year he was the Treasurer of the Associated Student Body (ASB), and his senior year voted runner up in senior guy's talent completion where he sang the lead solo in the men's a cappella group.

Issac was very involved in sports and music up until he joined the Marine Corps in 2001. He spent the first half of his enlistment as an Air Traffic Controller landing fighter jets and other aircraft as a precision approach radar (PAR) controller.

Later he became a Primary Marksmanship Instructor (PMI) and Range Coach teaching both rifle and pistol to over seven hundred Marines and police officers. While still in MOS training, Issac went to a Model Search America event and was one out of five people selected to audition for the Hollywood film studio 20th Century Fox.

He booked his first role on the spot but couldn't do the gig due still being in the Marines. After that experience, Issac decided to start training as an actor and would travel back and forth from San Diego to L.

A. to work with his acting coach over the next few years. In 2003, Issac was offered his first modeling job for Abercrombie and Fitch's magazine "The Quarterly". Unfortunately Issac had to decline due the Marine Corps no nudity policy.

Once in L.A. he continued his acting studies full time at New York Film Academy in Universal Studios. His first national commercial was Hallmark "Tell me" and "Tell Them" and his first feature lead in the Sci Fi film "Tug of War".
