He then went on to do a Film Direction course at the Film and Television Institute of India and worked for a while assisting in feature films and working on documentaries, shorts, and television programs.

His pranks on the candid camera show Chhupa Rustam established him as an actor and since then he has worked on many television shows and done some bit roles in films. He is an avid traveler and foodie and says that he works only when it's very necessary.
