Georges Chamchoum was Jury Delegate all through the 80's for Le Festival du Film Fantastique et de Science Fiction (Horror and Science Fiction Films), Paris,France, which is a leading Festival in the genre, where such Directors Steven Spielberg, Sam Raimi, Joe Dante and many other leading Directors were first discovered.

From 2007-2013 was Executive & Program Director of The Monaco Charity Film Festival. Served as Executive Board Member on various Film Festivals. Founder of the International Film Festival in Lagos (Nigeria) and International Relations Executive for Notre Dame University International Film Festival (Lebanon) & International Executive Director of Yakutsk International Film Festival (Yakutia, Sakha Republic).

Attended schools in Lebanon, France and Germany. University in Wales then went on to study filmmaking - Director - in France, Graduating from the Conservatoire du Cinema in Paris. Trained in Poland and France.

Now resides in Los Angeles, California for the past 25 years.Completed back to back since 2012 the Feature Documentary My Journey into Faith, which he calls "my most personal movie ever - and I had to do it just for my own satisfaction".

2013 a Short December Dawn, a Feature Documentary Ninety! In Post-Production on Hope and Fear: Egypt on the Tipping Point (Executive Producer); Ode to My Mother and a comedy Agency. 2 Feature Movies in pre-Production slated for 2015-1016.

Passionate about Photography, from 1984-1990 was Official Photographer for Visiora-Christian Dior. His goal is to Organize International Film Festivals where Film Students from all over the World will have an open door to Hollywood and World Cinema - and give a springboard to movies from Countries you hardly hear of.
