1983 - 1986: Frank was tapped by Roger Corman to produce six feature films in the sword-n-sorcery genre, which were all shot on location in Buenos Aires, Argentina. These films were the first American - Argentine co-productions since the 1950's, and were theatrically released through Corman's Concorde / New Horizons banner.

1981 - 1982: Frank's career began with the good fortune of being hired by producer Paul Pepperman & director Don Coscarelli on "The Beastmaster," a PG-13 animal- action, sword-n-sorcery independent film starring Marc Singer, Tanya Roberts & Rip Torn.

From the first days of pre-production through the release of the film by MGM, Frank had the opportunity to learn all phases of the production and post production process.Frank received his BA in Cinema / TV from USC in 1981.
