Scarpa is an award-winning director who began his career in theater in 1990 and has achieved extensive international recognition in Europe and in the U.S.In 2001 to 2005, Scarpa directed his own theater in Germany, directing plays such as 'Henry IV', 'Hamlet', 'Faust', and 'Luther', for which he was granted national funding and received both public and critical acclaim.
