A native of rural Wisconsin, Eli Walker made her acting debut at age 8, enthusiastically portraying a starving workhouse boy in a community production of "Oliver!" She continued to act, sing, dance and "tumble" (She did a lot of gymnastics) her way through middle and high school, performing every chance she could.
At age 18, she began her professional career playing the lead femme fatale in an outdoor production of "385 Pound Smoker" in Mineral Point, WI, just before soaring off to New York City to attend New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
She began her acting training at the Lee Strasberg Institute for Theatre and Film. During this time she put her training to use in her first self-scripted and self-produced one-woman show entitled "STEPS" at the Wings Theatre in the West Village, directed by Emmy Award-winning Blake Bradford.
This next chapter of "the book of Eli" is where she studied abroad in Prague and discovered a knack for commercial acting after being cast in a Microsoft commercial. She pursued her interest in on-camera acting at Stonestreet Studios upon her return to the States.
In addition, she jumped into NYU's Experimental Theatre Wing where she finished her college career by performing her second original one-woman show entitled "COUNTING," in which she explored feminism through waitressing.
She currently lives in New York City and continues to work in theatre, film/TV and commercials.
