Her theatrical training from The New York Shakespeare Theater Conservatory and The Northwest School of the Arts and Humanities combined with her coaching from producer/directors John Jacobsen, Barry Callier and Los Angeles actor Richard Brestoff author of "The Camera Smart Actor," provides her with a solid foundation from which to build her craft.
In Los Angeles, she spent many years studying with amazing artists, including H. After her relocation to Los Angeles, Deirdre Lyons formed T.H. Espian Productions with her partner Stephen Butchko. Their premier production was the Los Angeles Debut of "Escher's Hands," a dramatic work by Dawson Nichols that played for a six week run at the Lillian Theater.
Their production company also created a thirty second television spot to promote the theatrical event. They then proceeded to produce and perform in the award winning short film "Katrina," a web series called "The Fantasy State," a documentary and the critically acclaimed short film, "Good Behavior" which won Best Short Film of the Temecula Film Festival among many other prestigious awards.
