Claudia Lamb was born in Los Angeles, CA, and grew up in North Hollywood. She started in the business at age 3 doing modeling work for magazines, calendars, and catalogs.Lamb did her first commercial at age 5, and had her SAG and AFTRA union cards at the age of 7.

Over the next few years she did dozens of television commercials, industrial films, modeling jobs, radio commercials and even a few television shows.At age 11 she was cast as Heather Hartman in Norman Lear's 70s cult classic Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman, starring Louise Lasser.

When Lasser left the show after 2 seasons it was renamed Forever Fernwood. In all the 2 series filmed 455 episodes in just 2 ¼ years by filming 5 episodes a day.Just 1 year after the series ended, when she was 15, Claudia started a dual enrollment in high school and at Los Angeles Valley College (1978-1981), later going on to California State University at Northridge (1981-1984), where she majored in Theater, and her studies focused heavily on writing.

Lamb left television and Los Angeles in 1984 when she moved to Denver, CO at the age of 20.She was a stand-up comic briefly in the late 80s, but quickly turned her passion to radio. She became a Talk Show Host and worked for KOA in Denver (1989 - 1991), WKRC in Cincinnati (1991), KCMO in Kansas City (1991-1993), and KHOW in Denver (1993-1994).

After taking a few years off, Claudia returned to radio in 1996, initially working for Metro Networks in Denver as a traffic reporter, before moving to Premiere Networks to once again work at KOA.In 2000 she became a Public Information Officer for the Colorado Department of Transportation.

Eventually radio called again in 2003, and she returned to KOA as a traffic reporter. While there Ms. Lamb was part of the team that won the 2004 Colorado Broadcasting Award for best coverage in Breaking News.

Claudia left Colorado in 2005, and became an anchor for KLIV radio, a CNN affiliate in San Jose.In 2007 she began producing and writing the afternoon news at KGO Radio in San Francisco, which was then the number one rated News and Talk station in the country.

It was there that Ms. Lamb and the Afternoon News crew won the prestigious national Edward R. Murrow Award for best coverage of Breaking News. In a 4 year period they won four Associated Press Mark Twain Awards, and 4 more regional Murrow awards.

She left the station at the end of 2011.Ms. Lamb moved to Lake Tahoe, NV, in 2012 where she completed a memoir of her time as a child actor.
