She is part of the rare breed of actors who can work in English or in Spanish completely unaccented.She made her major TV Debut on "The Morning Show", as Jane, the New York Times Reporter on Episode 5.

Now, she is in her second year residency at The Oregon Shakespeare Festival, where she will perform in "The Copper Children" and "Everything that Never Happened".Caro has played multiple lead characters ranging from the classics of Shakespeare and great Spanish playwrights, as well as in the Pulitzer prize winning play "Water by the Spoonful".

Other plays include "Mother Road", "La Comedia of Errors", "Elliot, a Soldier's Fugue", "Fefu and her Friends", "Scar Tissue", and "Paloma". She has traveled extensively across the United States with lead roles in the National 2014 and 2015 Tour of the play "Placas - The Most Dangerous Tattoo", and within the United States and Puerto Rico performing in "New Faces" and "Latinos Shaping a Nation" National Tour.

In 2016, she performed in the Toyota Symphonies for Youth "Debussy's: La Mer" at The Disney Concert Hall together with the L.A. Philharmonic. Her feature film debut was in 2016 with "Bruising for Besos".

She has also appeared in several national commercials and her comedic side can be seen in the Dr. Reasons Episode 3 called "Telemundo". She obtained an MFA in Acting with the Inaugural class of 2009 at USC (University of Southern California).
