The film was shot on the Red One in Johannesburg, South Africa.In 2010 he entered the 48 HFP (Hour Film Project) contest in Johannesburg and scooped "Best Producing" award for the film Wrong Call (2010).
In 2011, he unleashed his first ever feature length action flick titled "48". The film 48 was commissioned by South Africa's new Mnet channel Mzansi Magic and was a Television feature, however, the film performed beyond its original intentions and also went on to win awards "Best Film", Amasiko Heritage Festival 2011, Honolulu Film Awards, Hawaii, USA "Aloha Accolade 2012".
The film also had 3 nominations at the AMAAs (African Movie Academy Awards) held in Lagos 2012 and a Hollywood premiere at the Pan African Film Festival (PAFF) 2012. The film landed Mr. B. travelling to Nigeria, Hollywood, Canada, and Germany.
