Ben Astill was born January 10th 1995 along with his fraternal twin Luke and was raised in Warwick, Warwickshire United Kingdom as Benjamin Thomas Astill. Educated at Myton School where he started acting at the age of 11, while studying acting at Playbox Theatre.
During his time at Myton School he became heavily involved in all school productions upper & lower school, while advancing his knowledge on theatre he ran the schools drama club 'Wings' from year 7 to 12 during two years when he suffered with SM (selective mutism), while in A-Level drama Ben learned Physical Theatre and further technical theatre.
Throughout year 9 to 12 Ben was the school council secretary and council representative and the ECO schools environmental Head Chairman where he helped the school achieve two Green Flags and focus on developing his school further, later winning the 'Prison Me No Way' young citizen award.
After Myton Ben studied BTEC Extended Diploma Technical Theatre and Production Arts at Stratford-Upon-Avon College, where he learned live events, theatre design in lighting and sound along with stage management.
After passing his course Ben went onto University of West London (UWL) Currently studying Film Production. Ben is currently a part of BAFTA Crew 2015-16 in London Piccadilly. He is an assistant director known for Violence (2015) and an Actor known for Shades of White (2015).
