Anthony Herrern, a.k.a. Antho Herren, was raised in Los Altos California, a silicon valley suburb located thirty minutes south of San Francisco in the heart of the Bay Area. He is an American Salvadorian mix that comes from a loving family of five goal driven individuals.
He grew up fast with his two older siblings constantly showing him insight to their worlds. Anthony, a passionate soccer player from the ages of five to twenty-two, also avid action sports enthusiast, grew up alongside of multiple peers who became professionals in their fields at an early age.
Hailing from an area of the world that outsources/produces heavily, he was ingrained early on with the notion that anything is possible. Anthony moved to Utah when he was twenty-two years old to pursue his college education, in addition to follow his passion for film and action sports.
After several years of filming for professional snowboard videos Anthony returned to college and graduated University of Utah with his Bachelor of Film and Media Arts degree. While at the University of Utah his emphasis or focus in his Film major was acting and production.
Anthony's senior year of college he started his own action sports production company to promote talented friends around him entitled STE'. He had his first film premiere as a director/producer in 2012 at the University of Utah arts building amphitheater.
His debut to the film industry came from being a background actor in the 2008 film "Yankles". Since then Anthony, or "Antho" as his friends call him, has worked on dozens of productions ranging from feature films, independent films, television series, commercial work, print work and videos.
He diligently worked his way up in the film industry from background artist, featured extra, stand-in, to cast. Nothing ever came easy for Anthony, but was a part of the process to becoming successful.
Consequently, he learned to work hard for what he desires in life, and continues to audition, read monologues, and study film everyday. Anthony aspires to act more and direct for feature films, as well as continue producing action sports films.
