In December 2010, Angie graduated cum laude.Angie had open-heart surgery on February 10, 2012 in Indianapolis to reconstruct her heart muscle and repair her mitral valve. She returned to Los Angeles in January 2013, feeling restored and renewed.
She booked several acting gigs right away, including a principal role on the Season 13 Finale of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation." Angie was also cast in "The Republic of Rick" as Beth Whitehead, a Texas preacher's wife.
