Aaron J. Patton was born in the Year of the Ox. Another of the powerful Chinese Zodiac signs, the Ox is steadfast, solid, a goal-oriented leader, detail-oriented, hard-working, stubborn, serious and introverted but can feel lonely and insecure. Born Aaron John Patton in Chicago, Illinois on March 28, 1973, Aaron was always performing. He won his first neighborhood dance contest at the age of five, where his prize was a plastic bat and ball set.

At grade school parties, he would gather his classmates around him and sing whatever the latest songs happened to be. Aaron was never much of a joiner, so in high school, the only things he would do that would draw attention to himself would be dancing, drawing and demonstrating his flawless Australian accent to entertain his friends.

In 1996, during his second tour of duty in the Air Force, Aaron discovered that a movie was about to be filmed by Michael Bay on Edwards Air Force Base, and that it was starring Bruce Willis, Billy Bob Thornton, and Jason Isaacs.

Aaron awed at the production of Armageddon, and was given a small part that would never be seen on film. Nevertheless, this would prove to be an experience that he would never shake. At the age of 28, Aaron felt that nothing could replace the feeling he got from being on a movie set, and decided that acting was the career for him.

He got a steady gig as a member of the "I-crew" for Maine's WB and UPN doing commercials. He also starred in a couple of independent movies, one of which was featured at the Maine International Film Festival of 2004.

In addition, Aaron has landed acting and commercial gigs with other networks in Maine. In 2004, when the Los Angeles actor who was slated to play "D. Love" in the feature film "Straight out of Compton 2" could not arrive in Maine on the day required, Aaron received the phone call that would award him the part; casting him alongside the television and movie icon, Blair Underwood.
